A nearshoring approach to integrating the new U.S. subsidiary at Elster
The goal of the project was to establish a unified reporting system on the basis of SAP BW. This meant that we had to move the existing local reporting system of the U.S. subsidiary, which was also based on SAP BW, to Elster’s central SAP BW system.
